Hi team, 

Let's say, we have set the bot and the subscription to the Patient resource. The bot will create an Observation resource.
So when we create the Patient resource, and then the bot will be triggered and executed.
In this case, is the Patient resource saved in the database first, and the Observation resource is saved? Or are they saved it all together after the process has been done?

Create Patient resource at the frontend
-> Patient resource committed in the database
-> Bot triggered
-> Bot creates Observation resource
-> Observation resource committed in the database

Is this sequence right?

OR

Create Patient resource at the frontend
-> Bot triggered
-> Bot creates Observation resource
-> Patient and Observation resource committed in the database

What's saved during Bot execution is a function of the bot logic.  You can think of the bot as an application and calls to the SDK will persist data to the datastore.
