Self-hosting and Docker

Hi all, I am working on POC and would like to use MedPlum. For compliance and regulatory reasons, I need to self host my app on european cloud provider. To have a clean/scalable approach I am dockerizing everything and I have few questions: 1. As per Cody's demo on localhost (

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nf6OElRWOJ4▾

), we need to start at least the backend API server and frontend web app. Since Medplum is a mono repo, can I create two docker images to run just frontend and backend? 2. If yes, when I create my Dockerfile, can I copy only the desired package to make light images ? Let's say I want to dockerize the backend, should I copy everything "COPY /. /." or can I just copy what I need "COPY packages/server ./" ? 3. If No, what would be the better docker strategy ? 4. I found on DockerHub an image 'medplum/medplum-server' what does this image cover? By the way congratulations to the team, you did a great job! Cheers

packages/medplum/server
)
Therefore, you should be able to use this image off the shelf, without having to write your own docker container for the server
The Medplum App is actually just a set of static HTML, JS, and CSS files, that you can use via any static hosting service
