Is there a documented way to "clone" a list of bots in one project into another via the CLI?

Wanted to follow up here with a solution I landed on that works well. 

If you give every bot an `identifier` you can create a little script that uses the medplum bot API to "upsert" and deploy bots accordingly. We did this and it greatly improved our bot CI/CD process!

Bot identifiers is definitely the way to go
