Using this post to work through self-hosting with the Medplum server Docker image. Particularly, going to see if I can successfully get a local config file going, and then deploy to Aptible. Plan of action: - see if I can leverage the config file generated by the AWS method - try to get this config working on a local docker up - set up the DB's etc on Aptible - add these to the config and try to get the docker image deployed to Aptible
