Hi, we are planning to self host medplum we have few questions on this 1) Medplum has datadog integration, but we have newrelic is there any way to integrate it easily like datadog? 2) lets say medplum has 2 components one is its server running on docker image and 2nd one is Database. During upgrades we can easily upgrade docker will there be any DB upgrades also required? 3) Is there any documentation on SQL queries on medplum table structure?

Hi @swamy_63747 , welcome! 1) We have not worked with newrelic yet. Every observability system has different mechanisms for integrating, so unfortunately we can't give much guidance at this time 2) Our server performs all necessary DB migrations when it starts again, so upgrading the server should update the DB as well 3) We consider the SQL queries / schema an implementation detail and subject to change. The main pattern of interaction is via the API. Because of this, we don't have public docs on the SQL schema
