Hey everyone, As part of our RPM product development, we are introducing chat functionality between Patients (Mobile App) and Practitioners (Web). I was wondering if we can utilize socket changes to detect and display whether a Practitioner is online or not. Additionally, we plan to enhance this feature by sending SMS notifications to Practitioners if they are offline to ensure timely communication. Any guidance or suggestions on implementing this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance. 😀

Hi @chinmay_mb , I'm not sure there is an obvious way to use our websockets functionality to indicate if the Practitioner is online or not.
