Hello I am on my way to creating a patient focused application and one thing that I wanted to encourage, is users to enter their information while ensuring that it complies with FHIR standards. This could mean getting the associated codes guidelines or autocomplete suggestions for patients when they enter medication for example. Does Medplum have some sort of API or does it allow for a connection to external APIs that contain these standards that I could maybe use as I try to suggest completions to patients?
okay so just a follow up, this is what I've found so far: https://www.medplum.com/docs/terminology/medplum-terminology-services Please feel free to let me know if you have any further resources I could use

Hi @zainaltaf , yes our dataset of UMLS code systems is a feature in our Medplum paid plans
I can reach out to our sales team to check the status of your plan and see if you're eligible. Any objection?

awesome thanks
Hey @rahul1 I just got the chance to check it out and it seems pretty expensive given my use case. So just some background, my use case deals mainly with creating a patient based portal that lets them interact with FHIR resources. This is a final year university project and I wanted to show some level of production capability. Our team budget is around $500 of which I can probably dedicate $100-$150 toward something like this. I was just wondering if it'd be possible to go about it some other way? I was checking out: https://www.medplum.com/docs/self-hosting/install-on-ubuntu for hosting on ubuntu. I'm guessing this is self hosted production so it'd be free? I know I likely won't have the UMLS features available though so that might be a bit annoying to work around. I was wondering what your thoughts were on this
