Hi @reshma, give we use Medplums to mostly import FHIR data from other systems, it's a requirement for us to be able to fetch and display historical versions of FHIR resources so we can track diffs over time. There does not seem to be a way to that with the GraphQL FHIR datastore at the moment, which is a bummer because we're a GraphQL first organization. Is that something that is on your roadmap by any chance?

hello! Great to hear from you @jnak - can I ask you to file an issue to describe here? https://github.com/medplum/medplum/issues - we need to triage and think about whether there are unintented implications - but in general we strive to support GraphQL for FHIR
