Hi @jonathanmasslight - we have a "Hello World" project that you can clone here https://github.com/medplum/medplum-hello-world/ Should be as simple as: - Clone - npm i - npm run dev The one caveat is that the terminal will prompt you to go to 'http://127.0.0.1:3000'. Unfortunately, because of our security policies, you'll have to navigate to 'http://localhost:3000'. This is a known issue we're working to address
