Hi folks, glad to be here. I'm very excited to experiment with Medplum. any hint why I'm losing the css style while using Medplum components? I'm following the documentation from here: https://www.medplum.com/docs/tutorials/ui-components/hello-world-part-1 My index.tsx:
Copy code
import React from 'react';
import ReactDOM from 'react-dom/client';
import './index.css';
import App from './App';
import reportWebVitals from './reportWebVitals';
import { MedplumClient } from '@medplum/core';
import { MedplumProvider } from '@medplum/react';

const medplum = new MedplumClient({
  clientId: 'myClientId',
});

const root = ReactDOM.createRoot(
  document.getElementById('root') as HTMLElement
);
root.render(
  <React.StrictMode>
    <MedplumProvider medplum={medplum}>
      <App />
    </MedplumProvider>
  </React.StrictMode>
);

// If you want to start measuring performance in your app, pass a function
// to log results (for example: reportWebVitals(console.log))
// or send to an analytics endpoint. Learn more: https://bit.ly/CRA-vitals
reportWebVitals();
And App.tsx
Copy code
import React from 'react';
import logo from './logo.svg';
import './App.css';
import { SignInForm } from '@medplum/react';

function App() {
  return (
    <SignInForm />
  );
}

export default App;
I renders like the attached image. Thanks, Bruno
