Hi, I'm seeking for suggestions to model Consents. I'm trying to build a share model from Patients to Doctors. I'm modelling doctors as a

Practitioner

. In my products, Patients can upload their exams either on PDF or an Image, creating both a

Binary

and a

Media

resource. And then they can share these files with their doctor, what then creates a

Consent

, that looks like this:

But I couldn't find a way to create an

AccessPolicy

that will limit the Doctor access only to the consented resources. Do you have a suggestion how to model this behaviour? (I stripped out some info that I thought was not relevant to my question, but I can give you more details if needed) Thanks, Bruno
