Was playing around to see if I could push FHIR documents from the Human Patient Access API into Medplum (via Flexpa) easily I get a 500 and

response from submitting this (test data to be explicit not real PHI) attached ExplanationOfBenefit I am guessing it's because there are references in it that don't exist?
