We have not actually tried that - but here are some pointers that might be helpful 🙂 This is Medplum client (https://www.medplum.com/docs/sdk/classes/MedplumClient#constructor) and the Medplum client options (https://www.medplum.com/docs/sdk/interfaces/MedplumClientOptions) - you could (in theory) put other values in there and try it.
