More specifically, Bots need to be enabled on a project by a super admin user. This is not well documented (sorry 🙁). In short, sign into the app as a Super Admin user. Navigate to https://app.example.com/Project Find your project. Go to the "Edit" tab. Add "bots" in the "Features" field. You will have to manually enter "bots" and choose "+ Create bots".
