How does logging work with self-hosted Medplum on AWS? When running on localhost, there seems to be a steady stream of AuditEvents in the console, but I don't see anything like that in the Medplum Cloudwatch logs. I do get logs when resources are created and when bots are deployed, but that's about it. Logging also doesn't seem to work from bots
