@vinny1575 - thanks so much for your kind words! Medplum is natively multi-tenant, there is a concept of "Projects" which are isolated sets of FHIR resources that are logically separated. Here's the documentation: https://www.medplum.com/docs/tutorials/register#medplum-projects One thing to note is that user accounts live above the Project level, and when invited to a project are "Members" of that project.
