Opened a new issue https://github.com/medplum/medplum/issues/1865 regarding a possibility of creating bots as VPC lambdas. Wondering if anyone else runs Medplum Server completely internally without exposing it to the internet. If anyone else cares - will offer a PR with this functionality. Happy to share the rationale behind it and why we ended up doing it this way internally
