The reason for removing the "dev on docker" page was because it wasn't a great experience for contributors - syncing dependencies inside and outside the container was tricky, esp. with native dependencies; port / ip mapping got confusing; For now, we're streamlining to a single contributor experience, with dependent services running in containers, and the medplum services running on the host
