@Raghavan - did you invite @alexkg via the "invite users" flow in app.medplum.com?

If you click on your name in the top-right, you'll see a drop down.
Click on "Add Another account"

01/12/2023, 9:55 PMYes that could be. So currently we identify a "User" by an email address. A "User" can be a "member" of multiple projects. So it could be that when you switched your email domains, you created a new user, and project memberships weren't updated accordingly
