Curious if you ever done a performance comparison between Medplum and other FHIR servers, like HAPI FHIR.
This could be useful to help push internally for the migration to Medplum - I assum it'll be faster/leaner than others. 😃

We have some work to work around this, not sure when we'll be able to prioritize it.
