What do you use for terminology lookup? I need an autocomplete dropdown input for entering patient allergies using SNOMED references. Downloading the SNOMED CT datasets and configuring an OpenSearch index to stay in sync with new releases seems like boilerplate that could go into an open source template.

Terminology is absolutely on the roadmap for us - and we have a Discussion here: https://github.com/medplum/medplum/discussions/1411 There are also these NIH open source tools - which are cool and relatively maintained https://clinicaltables.nlm.nih.gov/ - realizing SNOMED is not on there - but perhaps others are of interest
