Using Medplum for large-scale survey I'm interested in using Medplum for a large-scale survey. So far, I understand how to create and deploy FHIR questionnaires in Medplum. However, it seems that creating an account is required to fill out the questionnaire. Is it possible to respond to Medplum-hosted questionnaires anonymously?

Yes, I need to model the survey data as a FHIR object because this survey later will be connected to a pilot personal health record initiative. Besides, this survey will have a lot of conditional questions and terminology binding. My use case will be: 1. User anonymously complete the survey 2. By the time of completion, a sign-in message will pop up 3. If the anonymous user opt to sign in, then their response will be linked to their account 4. If they do not opt to sign in, then their response will be linked to their IP address Can I achieve this scenario with Medplum?
