@reshma thanks for info. 1.) Is it more just another starting point for the developer? How does it really differ from running the stack locally? Reviewing a patient medical history, in essence a FHIR Repo and Viewer. But if you need to interact/treatment with the patient, then hosted or enterprise makes sense 2.)
