Hi, I'm new to medplum and we would like to speak to an expert to understand if this is the right solution versus a closed source platform that has an API. I understand that we will need to invest significant capital into developing a backend with this. But if anyone has managed a significant project using medplum and can help me understand how much leverage it gave them that would be awesome. We have a list of requirements for functionality and I'm considering this because it would be good to have control over the UI and other stuff

happy to chat if it would be helpful from my perspective.

Happy to help, as well. If you could share your requirements, we can give a rough sketch of the build required

Hi, I will read more into the documentation and get back to you with specific questions. I think we need to gradually adopt it.
We're bidding on a proposal to a biohacking clinic that needs an app and dashboard. I need to figure out how much to budget for the development + maintenance.
1. In the docs it refers to implementing your own Medplum EHR which is different to a Custom EHR solution. This part is a bit confusing so I wanted to ask: Is the medplum provider the most complete frontend available to start with? And if so, how does it work when we upgrade to the Premium tier to integrate labs and e-prescribing? - will we get the iframe from you and then we would need to still build the frontend parts? With the backend taken care of automatically? 2. The section on machine learning / predictive modelling is very interesting. Do you have any recommendations for a solution architecture if we don't train custom models and want to leverage some off the shelf parts? We're looking to identify care gaps and trends for this. Thanks
